Stirling Performs

As a Council we aim to be responsive and accountable.  We are committed to providing citizens with information about our performance that is fair, balanced and current.

In this section, you will find information about our achievements, our performance, and our plans to improve. We will ensure that you have access to the most recent information on our performance that we hold.

Throughout the year we routinely report our performance in two ways:

Stirling Performs Monthly Report

This report provides performance information relating to 50 agreed performance indicators covering key services from across the Council.  The 'At a Glance' report is updated monthly and shows the current status of each indicator.  The 'Hot Spot' report is updated every 2 to 3 months, giving details of planned improvement actions for those areas where there is weaker performance.  The latest reports are available below:

There is also a compendium of background information, covering each of the 50 indicators reported in Stirling Performs, including details such as where the data comes from, what it measures, and how and when the targets were established.

Council Quarterly Performance Report

This is a narrative report reflecting progress towards meeting the Council's strategic priorities as set out in our Strategic Plan 'Shaping Stirling'.  It also covers the actions taken to improve areas of weaker performance.

Service Delivery and Performance

Both of the above reports are presented to the Service Delivery and Performance Committee on a regular basis.  The most recent Service Delivery and Performance Committee Agenda can be accessed here.
The latest reports taken to committee are provided below:
