To use the Stirling history timeline place your mouse on the main screen and drag the timeline to a specific period in history or go to the dates at the bottom of the timeline and double click on any of these to take you to your desired time.
The buttons provide some windows of information and when you click on the headings in these windows the links will take you to a page with more on your chosen subject.
Some of the information in the timeline has been taken from a publication called "The word on the street".
