Children's Events - A list of events for children can be found here
We have loads of exciting events on offer for children and young people this year. The programme is packed with fun; from storytimes and Bookbug sessions for our youngest readers, to more interactive sessions for primary and secondary age youngsters.
Be sure to book your place early for Angel Cake Productions’ Gruffalo drama workshops - a hugely popular story presented through drama, singing and extra-special Gruffalo games. Or, help us celebrate the anniversary of Roald Dahl’s birthday, with a special Scottish interpretation by Matthew Fitt; see The Twits transformed effortlessly into The Eejits!
If you enjoy being creative and don’t mind a few scares, come along and check out our writing workshops with Barry Hutchison, author of the Invisible Fiends series, as he passes along some of his trade secrets.
Calling all teenagers! Cathy Cassidy makes a welcome return to Off the Page this year and Catherine Forde brings her brand of sometimes controversial, always thought-provoking, young adult fiction to Off the Page for the first time.
Whatever you decide to see, have a fantastic time at off the page 2011!
