Advice for parents concerned about Flu A H1N1 has been issued by the Scottish Government.

The number of diagnosed cases in the Stirling Council continues to remain low and we are working closely with NHS Forth Valley, neighbouring Councils, the emergency services, other local agencies and the Scottish Government to ensure a co-ordinated and effective response to the situation in the central area.

Our current priority is to ensure that we continue to deliver services for our communities while taking account of the latest health advice.  We are monitoring the position to ensure that we can respond if the situation escalates.

NHS Forth Valley are leading the central area response and have the most up-to-date information.
